Spiritstone Ranch Spiritstone Therapy

Tansi. Welcome to Spiritstone.

Healing begins where horses, land, and spirit meet.

Tawâw, welcome. Spiritstone Therapy offers ground-based equine-assisted healing and culturally rooted wellness experiences for families, schools, and community groups. Here, mistatim (horse), askî (land), and gentle guidance create space for connection, confidence, and hope.

  • Red Pheasant First Nation, Saskatchewan
  • Ground-based sessions with no riding
  • Families, schools, and community groups welcome

Askî, the land

Healing begins by slowing down and letting the land hold the moment with steadiness, quiet, and care.

Mistatim, the horse

Each horse is met as a teacher, a relation, and a living part of the journey toward trust, confidence, and healing.

Wâhkôhtowin, kinship

Everything is connected in relationship, and that sense of belonging shapes how Spiritstone welcomes every visitor.

Tawâw

You are welcome here to reconnect with yourself, the horses, and the land.

Spiritstone offers a healing space where families, schools, and community groups can experience support, cultural presence, and the steady wisdom of the horses.

Who we are

Who it serves

Families, youth, adults, schools, and groups are all welcome, with programs shaped to meet people where they are.

What to expect

Session Rhythm

What a Spiritstone session can feel like, from first breath to final gratitude.

This gentle rhythm helps families, schools, and community partners imagine the experience without losing its spirit.

01

Arrive and breathe

The session opens by slowing down, settling the body, and arriving with intention so the spirit has room to soften.

02

Meet mistatim with respect

Participants begin through observation, breath, and presence before asking anything of the horse.

03

Walk the teaching

Ground exercises, leading, obstacles, and reflection reveal lessons around trust, boundaries, communication, and courage.

04

Close with gratitude

The experience ends by giving thanks, noticing what shifted, and carrying the teaching forward into daily life.
